Description:
CHF101/H10Mn2 flux/wire combination have very nice performances in welding,
arc is stabile. weld metal shows a fine appearance, slag detachability is easy
and the deposited metal has a satisfactory low temperature toughness and high
crack resistance. Both AC
and DC can be applied, and using DC, the wire should be contacted straight and
the flux must be baked in a temperature of 350oC for 2 hours.
|
Applications:
Suitable for submerged arc welding of high strength steel
structures, such as ship hulls, high strength steel bridges, pressure vessels,
as well as some low alloy structures.
