Description:
CHE58-1 is an outstanding quality electrode covered with low hydrogen potassium type coating containing iron powder for welding high tensile steel. The special technology is introduced from a famous company in Europe.  It's nominal welding efficiency is about 11O%.  DC is recommended to  all position welding and it demonstrates very satisfactory performances, although both AC an DC could be used.  The weld metal shows a low temperature toughness and high crack resistance.  The groove of  workpieces have to be away impurities and  It is necessary to bake the electrodes at the temperature of 400oC for 1 - 2 hours before welding.

Applications:
Suitable for welding of ship steels and of important structures made of low alloy steels with same grades strength, such as boilers, bridge ship, sky-scrapers, and offshore drilling platforms etc.
