Description:
CHE56 is a super quality electrode covered with low hydrogen potassium type coating, providing excellent plasticity, impact toughness and crack resistance. It demonstrates satisfactory performances in welding.. The weld metal is formed in flat and smooth shape.  It is suitable for both AC and DC power sources.  Short arc is recommended.  All position welding can be executed.  the work pieces to be welded should be free from impurities, such as oil, rust and moisture, etc.  it is necessary to bake the electrodes at the temperature of 350oC for 1 -2 hours before welding.  the no - load voltage of welder should be greater than 70V while using AC power sources.

Applications:
Suitable for welding of important ship structures made of ship steels with normal strength such as boilers and pipelines. As well as other important structures of vehicles, buildings, bridges with corresponding strength.
