Description:
CHE40 is an electrode covered with titanium oxide type coating for welding mild steel. It is able to provide excellent performances in welding due to its stable arc and good detachability. It is easy to manipulate and restrict with low spatters. The weld metal is fine and close in structure resulting in good-looking appearance.  Satisfactory weld can be obtained in all positions by both AC and DC power sources.

Applications:
Suitable for welding of steels with normal strength fir use in top building in ship construction.  It is particularly suitable for intermittent welding to sheet and small work pieces and cosmetic welding with smooth and shiny appearance.
