  CHE50
Electrode for Welding High Tensile Steel

    GB   E5015
  AWS  E7015

Description:
CHE50 is a super quality electrode covered with low hydrogen sodium type coating, providing excellent plasticity, impact toughness and crack resistance. It shows perfect performances in welding. The weld metal is formed in smooth and flat shape.  All position welding can be carried out when this electrode is reversely connected by employing short arc on DC power sources. All oil, rust, moisture and other impurities should be cleaned away from he work pieces prior to welding and the electrode should be baked at the temperature of 350oC for 1-2 hours before use.

Applications:
Suitable for welding of various main ship structures of ship steels with normal strength such as boilers, pressure vessels and pipelines as well as other important structures of vehicles, buildings, bridges with corresponding strength.
